Title: Error when copying package

I recieved the following error after copy/pasting a package

Steps to Reproduce:
- copy package (full structure for duplication)
- paste package
- notice error

Had the same error on v16 as well.
Reported.

Which repository type?
Can't reproduce it on 16.1.1628 eap/qea aka Jet/SQLite repos.

Mine was on SQL Server.
If you can reproduce it, please report it to Sparx.

They responded saying they couldn't reproduce, and asked me a bunch of questions (which I don't intend to answer/figure out. I do enough free testing for them as it is)

Can't experience your issue on SQL Server 2022 Express, connected via SQL OLE DB Provider, unencrypted.
