I tried to send an email support request, but it was returned with:
This message was created automatically by the mail system (ecelerity).
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
[email protected] (reading confirmation): 552 5.2.2 <[email protected]> Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)
Is anyone else seeing this?

If their mailbox is full, they are not receiving any mails at all; probably including the bug reports and feature requests.
Have you tried to contact sparx using one of the other email adresses (sales@...)

Yes, I used a standard bug report form, below...

Hi all,
I got the same error email yesterday morning (about 24hrs ago here), but I was able to send the email yesterday afternoon without any error.
So I guess it is fixed now.
