Title: How do you sychronize Parts with the Owning Classifier (SysML and in UML)?

When creating SysML diagrams, I like how you can create a block, and then draw a "composition to part" association, and the part is automatically created in the browser tree. The name is assigneed whatever is specified in the Target of the association. However, in UML, this does not happen. If I draw the association, I have to add the part myself.

Secondly, in the SysML portion of the question, if I add a new part myself and want to see the association (with the composition diamond) in the BDD, how can I get the parts to synchronize and display the associations?
