Title: Adding to root packages

Can someone else check if they can use the automation interface to add an element to a root package in their project. I can add it fine, but doesn't seem to appear in the project view.

Didn't try with automation, but from 4.00 on it was not possible to place a diagram in the root package - although files transfered from 3.6 (where this was possible) show diagrams at root level.
