Title: Indication script changed is missing

When a diagram is changed, a star (*) is shown before the name to indicate it is 'dirty'.
Uptil the previous version (V16.1) I had the same behaviour when editing a (java) script file.
In the new version (V17 - 1704), this indication is missing so I cannot detect whether the file has been changed.

Any have the same experience?
Is this a bug to be reported?
