Title: Run 32 bit and 64 bit concurrently and link both to PCS?

Would it be possible to install both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of EA onto the same machine and be able to connect to PCS from both of them if their settings files were in the same folder?

yes, AFAIK that is not a problem.
