Title: Event on reload project
Post by: EXploringEA on May 03, 2014, 06:00:55 am
Hi guys

Have I missed something in the broadcast events, but can't see anything that is raised on a project reload - is there or any ideas?

Thanks

Have you tried EA_OnPostInitialized and EA_FileOpen?
I suspect EA treats a reload pretty much the same as opening a model from scratch.

No useful broadcast events fired when invoking the File | Reload Project command from the main menu that I am aware of.  Only events fired seemed to be related to opening and closing of diagrams, if any were currently open when you triggered the reload.

Many thanks for your help

@Geert - thanks I catch both those events and nothing seen.  And as Aaron confirms looks like there isn't anything.

@Aaron - would it be a reasonable request to have a reload fire a file open perhaps with a flag saying that it's a reload?

You should send an official feature request. Maybe if more people join in and you're lucky you will have a solution in a couple of years  :-X

P.S. I don't know why Sparx does not offer a premium support which sponsors certain features to be realized more timely.
