Title: Set "Short Description" for Requirement/Issue...

Hi,
I wanna set text into "short description" field of functional items like Requirement, Issue... But I cannot find the method that allows me to make it.
Could you show me how to do?

So, it means I cannot differ the Name from Short Description field?
