Title: Version Control Get All Latest

I would like to avoid from package.VersionControlGetLatest (false) for each version controlled file.

Is there a way to get all latest programmatically?

Get latest cannot be invoked on a checked-out package, as opposed to Get ALL latest, which brings the latest- no matter if it locked.

Is it possible, using the API, to get all latest?
