Hello!
I use EA 12. I want to generate document with tagged value. At the beginning I create search model (My Searches->My Search), where the element version value is "2.0", and save it. Then I go to model document and set tagged value (SearchName = MySearch, SearchValue = 2.0). I generate rtf document. There are elements with any versions (1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and e.t.). But I want see 2.0 version ONLY. What should I do for it?
Thanks!!!

That seems like the correct way to go.
Are you sure the search works correctly?
Or maybe you still have "child elements" selected in your template?
Best to try it with a very simple example, and then start adding complexity.

Thank you for answer!
I verify searh on Find in Project panel and search works correctly. But document generates incorrectly. Child elements are not selected.

Maybe, is it EA bug? :'(

It might.
To be sure you can contact sparx support. They will surely be able to help you out.

There's a checkbox on the Options page (set it in the template rather than the generation dialog if you want it persisted) called 'Include child elements even if the parent element is filtered out'.
Does that help?
