Title: Notes Fields Suffixed by Blank Line in RTF

Hi! I'm generating documents in EA12.1, and it would seem that whenever I have a notes field in my template, such as {Element.Notes}, {Att.Notes} or {Meth.Notes}, it puts a blank line after the notes field, regardless of the fact there is no blank line within the notes page, and I've been very careful to ensure that there is no blank line are in the template that aren't properly bookmarked, every notes field is followed by a blank line.

It makes my tables look ridiculous!  :(

Is there any way of stopping it, or do I need to file a bug report?
