Title: use case model

 :( can any one tell me how a use case diagram is drawn  on paper. where do i add the constarints, intents
and objectives

Well you could do worse than starting with the whitepaper http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/WhitePapers/The_Use_Case_Model.pdf

Personally I tend to realise Use Cases rather rapidly as Interaction diagrams and the constraints appear in the classes, and often as database rules. Just a note on a collaboration diagram can be good for this as well.

Find your audience and see what they are happy with  :)
