Title: The remote server machine does not exist

"Unable to create: path_to_a_doc_on_my_pc - The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable"

The error message above pops up on the second and subsequent attempts to run a VB 6 plug in we wrote to generate docs based on the " Automation Interface Example EA Report" available from http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/AutIntVBDownload.htm. The first time the add in is run, it works fine.

Restarting EA fixes the problem. Any ideas ?
