Title: Reassign and aggregate Resources as Tasks

I want to assign resources in the function of tasks per Use Case.
(1) I sometimes need to reassign the Task (Resource) from one Use Case to the other. Is there any way of doing it? I don't find in the UI.
(2) Is there any way of displaying the sum of Expected Time, Allocated Time, Time Expended of all Resource of each Use Case in it's list view?
