Title: Sequence diagram temporal decoupling

I have a queue that is filled and emptied by different processes. How can I represent this temporal decoupling in a sequence diagram? Or should I be using a different type of diagram?

Either use Timing Details from the context menu of a message or/and create a Timing diagram.
