Occasionally I create assocations between blocks and rather than the line being a simple line, the line is adorned with two black dots at either end.
Can anyone tell me what this represents? I would post a picture of it but I also can't work out how to insert images into posts!!!

Thanks, can you tell me exactly what this is trying to tell me? Have I somehow created a kind of inconsistency in my model?

This tells that the dotted side owns the association (and is not just the passive part being owned). The concept seems to be around UML quite some time but only in UML 2.5 it has been used more widely.
I also stumbled over this with V12 in the same way. The bad thing (EAUI) is that it's hard to use/find and it eventually will be turned on when you move the ends of associations/change direction. I started a thread about this but have no hope to see that fixed >:(

I think 12.1 fixes the problem with ownership being set on unrelated user actions.

Well, my hunger for beta testing is not that big any more like when I was young(er). I'll check that when the release will be official. Thanks anyway.
