Title: Linked document short cut for packages

When right clicking on package within diagram it is possible to choose "linked document". this option it option is not available for packages from the project tree.
For other elemets it is avaiable for both.

The issue has been logged under issue #08011545. Unfortunatley the fix has missed the cut off date for the next release of EA (we are in the test phase for EA 7.1 build 825), however the resolution should appear in the build after that.
