Title: Upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1

Hi.

I downloaded the full setup for the 7.1 version, but could not find the patch zip file for this version. In order to upgrade my 7.0 installations, should I run the full setup over the old installations? If not, where is the upgrade file for download?

The patch zip files are only provided between builds within a single version.  They aren't offered for the initial build of a new version to ensure all upgrades happen properly.
