Title: Delay Notification when using EA and VS08

I continue to get "Delay Notifications" when I go to EA while having VS 2008 open. The only way I can get it to work is if I shutdown both applications and start over.

Any suggestions ?

I get this an awful lot with VS 2005! The only solution is to kill the EA process that Visual Studio spawned and reload the model.
