Title: problem starting EA (7.1 v834)

Gents,

I'm trying to install EA (7.1 v834) on the machine that uses remotely mapped hard-drive as home. Once I'm done with install and adding my license key, I can't get EA(7.1 v834) to start. It fails with "Failed to create empty document" error message.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Not really.  But that error message is usually associated with an XML error.

Hmm yeah... After rebooting the system, EA started to work as expected.

I'm assuming its something environmental rather then EA issue. :o

Thanks for the reply though.

Is there any log file that EA puts out detailed error messages to? :-?
