Title: How to achieve forgotten password for this forum?

Hi sparxians,

I forgot my password for this account  :(. I tried to follw the help instructions, but I can't logout at all, the button simply doesn't work. As far I understood, to get on the right page to request the forgotten password, I have to be logged out!
Can you help me out, please?

No idea why your logout button isn't working but you could try following this link to get your password reminder: http://www.sparxsystems.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?action=reminder. Let us know if it works...

Following the link, allowed to reset the password.
When I tried to re-login from the follwing page, I ended up in a rediretion loop error. Any tral to access to the forum ended up with this error, even after closing and restarting firefox. After removing the cookies I could access the forum site and login.

Seems to be som issue with the cookies, I think this could also be the reason for the non-working Logout button.

Günther,

I would suggest clearing your cookies and cache, closing down all instances of whichever browser you are currently using, then trying again.

If this does not work, I suggest you contact Sparx Support.
