Title: EA crashes when saving a diagram as jpg

EA crashes when saving a diagram as a jpg image (when EA is used through a RDP (remote desktop session).

This is a blocking issue as we have to use other tools in order to take screen shots as save them to disk (copy to clipboard, past in mspaint, save to disk).

This is the error log in the event viewer:
Faulting application ea.exe, version 7.5.0.844, faulting module drawex.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00009e1d.

There were a few problems that were fixed with the default renderer in build 845.

You might also try changing the default renderer from Tools-->Options-->Appearance.  In build 844 I needed to set the renderer to Enhanced-2 instead of Enhanced-1 (which was the default), when I started crashing unexpectedly.  The event log had a similar error message to yours.

Hi Erik,

This issue was resolved in build 845, It was caused when saving out a bitmap-style image in in 16-bit color. If you upgrade to 845 as Stan suggests, the crash should not occur.
