Title: RTF Generator and Master Documents

I am having two problems with master documents.

1. I can't get first page header/footer to work. It always prints the rest of document header/footer on the first page.
2. The formatting applied to the table of contents is wrong.

I have tried with the template that has the first page and table of content linked directly to the master document element and tried with a separate model element for the document first page and TOC. The results are the same.

If I generate a document just using the covering pages model document, both the header/footer and the TOC are correct.

Any ideas?

I'm experiencing the same issue with the Table of Contents - seems to have a complete mind of its own no matter what you do !  

I haven't tried the first page header/footer so can't comment on that one.

There is a correction for Master Documents not showing the First Page heade/Footer - this should be available in the next build - 846
