Title: Packaging Components and Expose Interface

EA v7.5
I noticed that when one opens a COMPONENT diagram there are two types of components that can be dropped on the canvas.

- The plain component
- The Packaging component which opens up a new diagram in which one puts packages.

The component diagram also has a Port and Expose Interface items that can be dropped on Components but sadly this only works if you drop it on a (plain) component and NOT on a Packaging Component.

I believe this to be a bug because a Packaging component can expose interfaces of the packages it "hides".
