Title: An error occured while loading data files

Hi,

I have written an application to generate the Html Reports using the Automation Interface.

When i upload the files to the web server and open the http://servername/index.htm file i get the following error in the browser "An error occured while loading data files, please confirm that all files have been generated and are intact."

If i open the index.html file from the file share using the UNC path i.e. \\server\share\index.html the model displays correctly?

Do i need to set something up differently?

Hi Justin,

Are you able to generate the HTML report manually?  If so, do you receive the same behaviour?

That should allow you to determine if it's an AI specific problem or a more generic HTML generation problem.

Hi Paolo ,

I can generate the Html Report manually and it works correctly when accessed from the web site, so it must be an AI issue. How would i get this looked at?

Bug report using the links at bottom.  If you're a registered user, use that portion of the site to get to the bug report page.

If you can send them the model and the code they may be able to advise.

It might be an idea to do a diff on the two versions, as I would suspect that on one case some resource is being generated with a non-relative URL.
