Title: RTF Report showing Usage

I am a newbie to UA so please excuse the question if it is somewhere else on this site.

I am working on deployment diagrams of our network.

I have created an element for each OS and have used instances of those for each server.  

If you do a right click on the OS (Such as Windows 2003) and look at "Usage" you will see each server diagram listed.  

Is there a way I can create a report showing each server diagram (named for the server) where an instance of the OS is used?  

I could then create a report showing what servers are running each OS.
