DAO.RecordSet[3197] Error
"The Microsoft Jet Database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at same time."

I am facing this issue with my EA Model for the last couple of days. This EA model was being shared by multiple users using a shared folder. We were not experiencing this issue over the last four weeks of shared using. Now this issue exist even after removing the share of the folder. This error is only for few Packages and not for whole EA Model.

Please share your experience as how to fix this with the existing model.

You could try to do some maintenance on the db (Tools|Manage .EAP|Repair or Compact), but in general I would advice to start using a "real" database iso the eap file.
MS Access + Multiple Users => trouble :P
