Title: Use-cases - unable to resize elements

Hello,

Not sure if is a bug or a feature but I no longer can use the 'Same Height', 'Same Width' and 'Same Height and Width' in the use-case diagrams.

In other diagrams is working.

I'm using version 9, build 905.

Odd,

I'm also using 9.0.905 and just added a Use Case Diagram, and found that this is working.

I wonder if it varies by license... This is a registered (corporate) version.

If you have 'Allow Elongated Use Cases' turned off on the Objects page of the options dialog then the resize is being prevented.
