Title: Sending Message Error EA 9 build 904

Hi,
When I'm trying to send a message, I'm getting oracle error:
OraOLEDB [-2147217900]
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("EA_ARCH_REP_CS"."T_DOCUMENT".ELEMENTID")

The reason is wrong INSERT statement in EA or something in oracle db?

It's a known problem with Oracle repositories and we expect to have it fixed next build.
