Title: Project Browser has dissapeared

We are using version 7.1.831.  One user is unable to see the Project Browser.  I have selected it from the View list and also used the Alt + 0 key to try to display the browser.  It does not show up.  It is not hidden or docked on either the left or the right docking areas.  I can dock other items there and they work, just not the Project Browser.

What whould I try next to find the browser?
