Please follow the below steps:
1. Log in to the server where Prolaborate is installed
2. Open Run
3. Enter regedit and click Ok
4. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Prolaborate
5. Check the value under Data of Path
6. It should have a path where Prolaborate is installed (For example. C:\Program Files (x86)\Prolaborate). Update if needed by right-clicking on Path and then on Modify
7. If this is fine, check if Debug folder is present in the installed location. Create it, if not present.
8. Go to Task Manager > Services and restart Prolaborate Service
Prolaborate service and process should run fine now.
