Title: No stereotype shown on actions
Post by: qwerty on August 06, 2021, 05:14:21 pm
EA does not render a stereotype for actions. Is that intentional? If so, what ist the rationale (I would see the space issue)? IIRC the UML spec tells that the stereotype should be rendered on top, right?

I think I found the answer in UML 2.5 on p. 261:
Quote
A tool can choose whether it will display Stereotypes or not. In particular, tools can choose not to display required stereotypes, but to display only the values of their ownedAttributes if any.
I wonder what they were thinking when writing that.

Well, and the real answer was: I was digging in a diagram where someone turned off "Show Stereotypes".
