I wondered how easy it would be to have the RTF documents that are generated by the system, to be organized in a different structure. I create a folder to contain each UseCase, under that are other folders that manages each scenario that I document both with text in the scenario description and in an Activity Diagram. Is there anyway to put the diagrams at the beginning of the document and then present the Activity Diagram followed by the description of the individual steps that are outlined in the Activity Diagram. Unfortunately, having things in alphabetical order makes the organization of the document hard to understand.
Or another suggestion for a good template, I have followed Geri Schneider and Jason Winters examples in their book "Applying Use Cases". Their System Documents, UseCase Documents and Scenario Document Templates at
http://books.txt.com and click on "templates" gives you there examples. Those work really well from a organization stand point. Or maybe there is a way for me to build my own template.
This maybe harder than I realize to do, but thought I would at least suggest it.
