PCS Bugs and Issues / SparxEA shows Error Code 0x00145500 when opening cloud connection

Hi. Greetings!

I got contacted by my client tonight and he asking about an error code "0x00145500" that displayed when opening a repository. The message box displayed after the user fills the username and password. I checked through AnyDesk and the message box will be dismissed when we click the OK button. It will be displayed at least 3 times. After that the repository will be displayed on the Project Browser and we could do another operation as usual.

Is there anyone that encounter this kind of problem? The client already check the log and it seems fine. It got no error listed.

Hi.

I am setting up a matrix with 2438 elements and it seems not working properly. The relationship is not showing and my browser usage is high when opening the matrix. Would it bee any specific limit of this feature?

I am using Microsoft Edge (Chromium). Already test it out on Google Chrome and Firefox and the relationship is not showing. Is there anyone encounter this problem too?

The problem is encountered by my client and ask our team for help and also waiting for the solution. I am trying to help with asking here too.

I noticed that it is already asked on: https://www.sparxsystems.com/forums/smf/index.php?topic=25082.0 but I am unable to use the solution on the thread.

I need to keep the table inside Enterprise Architect. Is there any way to make a matrix like Gap Analysis that able to be filled WITHOUT making a relationship between lane and activity?

Bugs and Issues / Connector Label Misplaced on Several PCs (6 from 8 PCs)

Is there any setting that I could alter to make sure the diagram shown consistently across PCs?

I got BPMN diagram on EA repository that hosted on MySQL.I got 8 people in a team that work together to fill the repository with various Business Process Diagram. We are using Enterprise Architect 14.1 that released on this Februari 2019.

All BPMN diagram that hosted on MySQL server is perfectly displayed on 2 PCs. 6 PCs displayed the SequenceFlow label wrong. It is off by several pixel. I already check every possible setting to tune the labels, but it still persists.

I already scouring the help, forum, and internet for solution. I have contacting Sparx Systems via priority email and replied. The solution given has not solve this issue.

So, there is no definite number of limit for user, model and concurrent user?

General Board / Pro Cloud Server Express vs Pro Cloud Service

I already read both specifications on:

http://www.sparxsystems.com/products/procloudserver/pcs-express.html and http://www.sparxsystems.com/products/procloudserver/

but I still have some questions regarding these products:

Pro Cloud Server Express:
The page states
"Pro Cloud Server Express allows an unlimited number of Enterprise Architect Licenses to connect to the repository.
Pro Cloud Server Express licenses govern the number of WebEA connections."

What does it mean? Is it allow an unlimited number of Enterprise Architect that installed on a desktop to connect to the repository? Since on the same page, it also states that there is 5 increment user limitation. Which user that referred?

How many models that can be hosted? I see that on the Pro Cloud Server there are the limitation based on the edition.

What kind of database that supported by this product?

Pro Cloud Server:
Is it the model limitation that applies to Small Business Edition and Team Server Edition means that the maximum number refer to model/database table that able to host?

We are using Enteprise Architect 13 Ultimate - Floating License and already trying to setup Cloud Service. It works and I am able to use it to access the model.

My supervisor plans to deploy 50 users in our organization and ask me to check:

• How many maximum models that can be served by Cloud Service? I already tried for 2 models: one with Firebird and one with MySQL backend through ODBC.
  
• How many maximum users that could access one model? Is it determined by the configuration?
• How many maximum concurrent access to a model?
• What is the difference between Max Simultaneous Connection setting on server and database?
