Hi,

As my other post for your post, EA now does not create a Trace connector between the TAM objects. At least, I am sure that this is not a bug.

For the TAM feature, I think this behaviour (we cannot add the TAM objects by the Insert Related Elements feature) is reasonable since the 'same' TAM objects in the different timeframe should not be in the same diagram.

I do not know from when it was changed, but now EA does not create a Trace relationships between the TAM objects.

Maybe it is impossible to create these TAM virtual relationships without using the TAM related features.

It seems that everyone in this thread use the wrong setting.
The shadow on/off is Diagram | Appearance | Element Shadow ON in the Preference dialog.

The mentioned setting is for your own theme.

This is not a bug, the above correct setting works perfectly, both on the older versions and latest.

Hello BastienF,

About the question 1, we can create 'AND' filters by the Filter Group. For detail, see:

But we cannot nest Filter Groups, so we cannot create filters like (A and B) or C.

Hello Georgi,

There are two kinds of matrix view in Enterprise Architect. One is maybe you used, this is for a diagram.
Another is the Relationship Matrix tab, from the Package/Matrix button in the Design ribbon.

The latter matrix is not for a diagram but for the entire model, so it ignores visibility in each diagram. It is a good option to use the latter matrix.

In the Preference dialog (shortcut: Ctrl + F9), uncheck the 'Highlight {abstract} elements' checkbox in the Objects group.

The {abstract} notation is also described in UML formal document. It is a valid and correct notation.

Hello,

The reason of the error is that the current diagram is 'null' because the JavaScript console is active (the 'current'). I guess that there is no way to run the command without activating the JavaScript console tab.

If you enter ?GetCurrentDiagram(123).MetaType (which 123 should be the Diagram ID of the target diagram) to the console command area, the console returns the value of the MetaType correctly.

Right click on the diagram background and then select the 'Set Timeline Start Position'. You can specify the width of the State names.

On my machine (environment), I can download and use the library.
So, I guess that the reason is your network configuration (e.g., Your network administrator does not allow to access the page.)

As far as I checked, the Windows mouse setting affects scrolling　amount in EA. You might change behaviour by changing the Windows setting.

Some helper tools related for mise could change the scrolling behaviour and/or amount for each application. It might be checked if you use such tools.

Error 12030 is ERROR_WINHTTP_CONNECTION_ERROR, so the two errors mean that EA cannot communicate with ProCloud server.

Between your build and the latest build, various improvements and fixes have been made to the connection with the ProCloud server, so it might be a good idea to check whether the problem occurs with the latest build.

Because of the UML specification, 2 or more entry/do/exit are not allowed.
I think EA works correctly.

Great to hear that the information has helped you.

I do not know the document which the setting is mentioned, but it is easy to find it by checking a difference in the t_diagram (in this case) table after changing the target setting.

In the Preference dialog (Ctrl+F9), select the Diagram group, and then deselect the Screen checkbox (and others if needed) in the Use Opaque Diagram Labels panel.
