In my case, I use a Logitech Trackman Marble.

It has all the usual features of a mouse, except it sits still on your desk (like trackballs used to do).

Can be used on either side.

Because it confuses other people wanting to use my computer, I use it side-by-side with a regular mouse.

How can I initiate a password reset for the Sparx Website login? (I'd like to see whether there is a newer version of EA.)

You don't need to log in to see the latest version, and you can always download a trial version.

Sorry Rupert,

I don't understand your question.

If you are trying to integrate a specific diagram into a document, so that you can get that document to "refresh" and pull in the latest version of the diagram from EA, then I'd recommend that you have a look at EADocX (an add-in which achieves that kind of document integration).

If not, can you explain what you're trying to achieve in a different way?

eaDocX performs that function beautifully.

It scans your document for terms in the glossary, adds a glossary table, and underlines the items that have glossary definitions.

It's so useful, team members have linked documents, without any other EA content, purely for the glossary function.

 

Disclaimer, I'm not on their payroll, just a happy customer.

You may be looking at the "suppress line segment" functionality.

Make a connection between two objects.

Add a couple of new points on the line (bend line at cursor).

Right click on the segment and select "Suppress Line Segment"

The text that appears in the boxes is the name you have assigned to that association.
