Bugs and Issues / Unlock a Object when security is not on

Hello All,

I'm currently using EA 12.1 installed on my local machine. Somehow a lock (red !) has appeared on one of the objects (business process) and I can't remove it because security setting is not switched on.

How do I remove it, when I can't switch security on, and I can access the menu to manage the locks?

I feel like I'm in a catch 22 or a deadlock

What is the best way to make an activity a global activity that can be reused on several BPMN diagrams? I tried to move the activity into a common package, but when I tried to use them in more than one diagram (using pools and lanes) I got an error.
