Suggestions and Requests / Multiple tabbed windows; readonly option for tab

(Sorry if this is a duplicate feature request; forum search did not turn up anything for me).
Just submitted to SparxSystems:
As in browser(s) like Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, the ability to have multiple open views from the same set of project diagrams in separate windows (in separate areas of the desktop) would be most helpful. I have to take a 'specification' diagram and create one or more 'implementation' diagrams with traceability for each imp item back to the corresponding spec item. Having the spec diagram open (preferable as a 'read only' diagram so I don't scribble on the specification) in a static part of the display screen with its own set of property dialogs (or sub panels) will make it much easier to track my progress in the 'implementation' without having to flip back-and-forth between tabs in a single window (the current EA setup/capability). Each such flip effectively erases my short-term memory of the 'spec' or 'imp'--like walking through a doorway in the 'real world'.
If the capability already exists in the product, I would appreciate a pointer to the documentation/setup so I can try it out! Thanks!
