I think I need to write a script again  >:(

Hello everyone,
I'm currently looking for a way to track in my model whether a certain selected activity is set within a transition from one state to another state as a constraint (Effect is a Behavior). Surely there must be a way to do this (even without a script). Does anyone know?
Thank you
BR Johannes

any idea ?  ;D

hello,

I was wondering how you can switch messages deeper in sequence diagrams, e.g. 1.0, 1.1, 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 3.0, ... as described in the link below from Sparx System. I know how to create a new message group to go from e.g. 1.1 to 2.0 but not how to create 2.0.1.
Selecting the command “Sequence Communication Messages” via the options is grayed out for me.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Suggestions and Requests / Embedd diagram gate to a sequence reference
« on: March 27, 2024, 09:43:55 pm »
Hi community,

I have been looking for a way to display sequence diagrams on several system levels using references. It is important for me to see which messages go to the respective component in the subsystem. EA advertises Diagram Gates (see link: https://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/16.1/modeling_languages/diagramgate.html) to display something like this.
I understand a model-based approach to mean that I can create the diagram gate via the reference or embed one there. If I now go to my reference diagram, I would like to have my diagram gate displayed there automatically and, if necessary, also be able to assign the message that emanates from the system level (activate system) directly to the component.
As far as I know, this relationship traceability does not currently work. It would be great if you could integrate this.

Are there any news or an option meanwhile to use Raaml in EA?
