URL (anf other hyperlinks) in notes.

One never stops learning, but in this case I'm missing some know how. EA highlights hyperlinks and glossary terms in notes. However, I don't seem to be able to navigate to those highlighted locations. In the notes window the cursor even changes to a pointing hand. But click does nothing. And the context does not offer any "Navigate" option. What is this? Again some EAUI?
