Chossing default db wipes code editor settings

Using build 720, I just found that when updating the Local Options|Code Editors settings, when I change the Default Database value, it wipes out anything I might have already populated for the paths to my code editors.  

Workaround is to select the Default Database field first, then go back and enter the code editors.

Seems like a minor new bug.
