Time Series Chart automatic update

Hello,

has anybody got the automatic updates of the Time Series Chart to work? As I understand it, with a Cloud server you can set the chart to update daily, weekly or monthly. In my case, the chart updates when I set it to Manual but nothing happens on the other settings.

I assume that the refresh of data is done in the Cloud server and does not require the desktop EA application to be running. At what time of day is the update performed?

A little bit more information about how the whole thing works would be very useful!

It's run overnight, and only if the cloud service has enabled scheduled operations for that db.

Thanks Simon. I suspect that we do not have the "Run Scheduled tasks" option turned on for this database.
