Searching Diagrams
« on: May 03, 2004, 01:53:26 pm »
Hi All;

Is there anyway to search for an element within diagrams? I'm new to Enterprise Architect and the modeling software I used previous had a "Where Used" option, that would give me a list of diagrams containing a specified element. I see that you can search the project explorer itself, but I can't find a way to search the diagrams. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Best,
Dustin Licis

Hi,

you can right-click on an element on a diagram and click on Project Information > Usage. Unfortunately this does not work within the Project Tree but only within a diagram.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

"Control-U" gives you the same function from the Project View.
