developing your own uml profile
« on: December 16, 2004, 06:04:54 am »
I'm developing an uml profile and faced few questions.

How do I affect to the order how the classes/etc are shown in UML profile tree? I know that I can change the order by modifying the profile's xml-file. Any way to decide the order when developing the profile in EA?

I have an uml profile saved as a xml-file. How can I load it with EA and modify it?

thanks, Ville

You can load the profile by right-clicking in the resource browser entry. I don't know of a way to sort the entries. Maybe it can be achieved by sorting the xml before importing the data  ???

Any idea to load the profile so that I can also edit it?

You should send an enhancement request if you desire such functionality.
