Unable to drag and drop an item to the feature matrix

Can someone help me, please, and let me know why I am unable to drag and drop an item to the relationship matrix? When I dragged and dropped the two items shown, they have not been populated.

That's not the way to work with the matrix. You have to set source and target areas and can restrict that with the other options. That's it.

I tried to set the "Outcomes" as "Source" and set the "Strategies" as "Target," but nothing has shown up on the matrix.

That means that nothing underneath those packages matches with the filters set on the types.

Are you sure you want the feature matrix? I don't see any features (attributes or operations) in your model. There is also a relationship matrix, that is meant for elements.
