Larger page sizes?

Is there any way to add additional page sizes?  I want to be able to print out my diagrams in 11x17 format but have no idea how to go about it.  The page selection that's presented to me seems odd.  Do a lot of people print in envelope sizes?   1/3 of the options are for envelopes.
