Audit View on Documentation

Hi All

I have setup Audit View in our repositories, EA does a good work on all UML elements and Packages, but in creating and and deleting RTF template I do not see any Audit for this.
Maybe I am wrong; does some one investigated this side of EA.
Someone has deleted a set of RTF template used in our Master document.
Anyone knows how to track this.
