How to see hidden menu items

Hello,

I am trying to access the Settings -> Local Directories and Paths ... menu item from the top menu. This item is not displayed in the menu though. I tried right-clicking on the top menu and dragging the "Local Directories and Paths ..." item into the "Settings" drop-down menu, but this did not help. It actually added a second "Local Directories and Paths ..." entry to the "Settings" menu, but they are both hidden.

Check View/Workspaces/Commands and set to Complete.
