Can you add a feature in EA that will allow us to auto-arrange Class diagrams and show their relationships?

Can you be more specific? I'm not sure what you mean, particularly by "show their relationships."
No, you can't have it!

I'm thinking of the Inheritance (generalization) and attribute relationships (i.e PK,FK) in the original code.

There is a Diagram Layout tool (Diagram | Layout Diagram) and also something to insert any elements related to a class alreaady on a diagram.  (Right click on an element and select | Add | Insert Related Elements)

Do these features help at all?
