How to set relative address for Profile Icons

Stereotype definitions in profiles contained icons.  While selecting an icon (for both, Toolbox and Browser) the icon address has an absolute address within the workstation.  That way of addressing cause two main problems:
a. another profile modeler can't change addresses
b. If new profile version includes Folder name (such as IconsV2.1) new version should change address of all icons in the profiles (a few hundreds ...)

Any suggestions how to solve the problem?

The way I handle this is that the latest version is in a folder called CURRENT and all previous versions get moved to a folder called ARCHIVE. There is no IconsV2.1 folder, just CURRENT\Icons and ARCHIVE\V2.0\Icons
